I’ve found the shoes I want but can’t select my size

If you find a shoe that you like, but can't select the correct size, it most likely means that we are out of stock of that particular model of shoe. We can, however place a special order for you if you call us at 201-943-0340 or email us at and let us know what type of shoe you are looking for and we will order it right away for you if it is available. 


Has my order been sent yet ?


Most orders are received right away once they have been placed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the package to be processed & shipped out to you. Please NOTE that we only ship out products on regular business days. (Monday - Friday)


Part of my order is missing


We inspect every package to make sure that it has the correct labels and products purchased when sending out your order for shipment. If for any reason, your package is missing products ordered, please give us a call at 201-943-0340 directly or email us at with your order number and the contents it should have had and we will work diligently to recover the lost item.

Can you give me more information about the shoes?

All of our shoes are made and designed with the your comfort in mind. Many people suffer from lower back pain and other pains throughout the body from wearing a poorly designed shoe with no support for your feet. We want to change this by providing a shoe that customers will feel happy to wear, complete with total support for your feet and last a while for its user. 


Can I track my order ?

Yes. We will send you a tracking number to the email address provided once the order is ready to be shipped. 


You’ve sent me the wrong items


If by chance you receive a wrong items from your order, we will gladly replace it for you. Just mail us back the package first, and we will send out the correct order for you immediately. 


The style shoe I want is not listed

If you find that a particular model of shoe is not available either online or in our store, please let us know what type of shoe and model it is and we will order it for you once a deposit has been received. 


Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

Delivery normally takes 5 to 7 business days. If you would like to receive your package sooner, please contact us right after placing your order so we can make arrangements.
